DESIGN SHOULD BE Approachable, HELPFUL, & DELIGHTFUL.

our Approach

Each person is unique. Their home has the opportunity be just as unique and to help enable its occupant to recharge, reflect and reengage their world. Our goal is to use a balance of design and science to collaborate with people to craft a home that serves them, not the other way around.

Approachable

Design should be available for a variety of projects and clients in a no-pressure environment that encourages learning and exploration.

Helpful

Each project is a set of opportunities to make a home more useful, whether that’s through better use of space, crafting an inspirational atmosphere, or discovering what a truly helpful home looks like for you.

Delightful

When the project is complete, it should not only meet your needs but should also inspire you, reflect your style, and bring joy to your home.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

At Reframe Design Collaborative, we believe in investing in the communities we live in, and volunteer throughout the year.

In 2022 we have served with Habitat for Humanity to provide affordable housing. We look forward to even more opportunities to give back in 2023.

Hi, I’m annette bajema.

Problem-solving has been a passion for me since I was young. Recognizing a kindred spirit, my father gave me a pencil, a sketchbook, and the opportunity to join him in the woodshop. From encouraging me to build furniture, to guiding me through design solutions in the world around us, he passed on his passion for seeking out quality solutions to difficult questions, which continues to drive me forward.

I graduated from Texas Tech with an architecture and business degree, an enthusiasm for client-centered design, and a desire for adventure, so I set off for the east coast. In Charlotte, I worked both in historic renovation and urban planning while earning my architectural license. These opportunities fostered my drive to find the balance between beauty, function, and funding to craft the perfect solution for a client. I am thrilled to be back in my hometown and working to bring my client’s visions to life.
